Fill in your contact details

Enter the full name of the person whose documents are being translated, exactly as it appears on their passport, along with their email, phone, address, and country of residence. This name will appear on the certified translation. Any mismatch can cause MCC to reject the documents.

Upload your files correctly

Your quote is generated automatically from the files you upload. Only upload documents that require translation. If you have reference material, see the Reference Document section below to ensure that it's excluded from your quote.

Document quality
Upload clear, high-quality scans. Blurry photos and low-resolution scans cannot be processed.

One document per file
Upload each document e.g. passport, certificate, etc. as a separate file.

Passport translations
The MCC does not accept translations made from an uncertified copy of a passport. The copy must be certified by an authorized official, and the certification must be issued in English or French.

Reference documents
If you are uploading a previously translated document for reference only, add _REFERENCE to the end of the file name before the extension (e.g. diploma_english_REFERENCE.pdf) and mention it in the Additional Information field. Reference documents are excluded from your quote.

Submit all documents in one request
Submit this form with all your documents attached. If you have made a mistake or need to add documents, contact us at mcc@itctraductionscanada.ca rather than submitting a new request.
