Delta Neo is a French company with more than 30 years of expertise in high-precision machined components for a wide range of industries including medical devices, aeronautics, automotive, and luxury goods.
Project Scope
The company recently embarked on a modernization process to adapt their positioning to a demanding, constantly changing market. A major component of the process was updating and expanding their web presence.
Delta Neo was looking for a single provider that could improve their new French website’s SEO rankings for the French market, translate this site into English, and adapt the SEO strategy for their English-speaking target audience.
Here’s how ITC Global addressed their requirements.
Project Process
The first step was to complete a semantic audit on the French website. This comprehensive review included analyzing Delta Neo’s website, their competitors’ website, user intentions and more. We also mapped keywords for each page of the site. We met with the client several times to verify that our results accurately represented the detailed technical content, as well as Delta Neo’s wide range of target industries.
Next, we wrote French HN, Title, and Description tags with keyword mapping in mind, as well as character limits recommended by Google. Then we adapted the site’s content to optimize it using the identified keywords. We also redesigned the French website’s structure to integrate H1 and H2 tags.
After completing work on the French website, we were ready to localize the site into English. To adapt the keywords, we followed our multistep SEO translation process, which included verifying the relevance of keywords in the target language of UK English.
After the keywords were localized for the target market, ITC’s expert linguist translated the site into English, incorporating the new keywords.
Finishing Touches
Our engineering team also participated in the project, exporting content from Delta Neo’s WordPress site and reimporting it after translation.
For the final step, ITC performed a final in-context verification called linguistic sign-off to be sure everything functioned correctly on the English website.
