Expand internationally, drive sales, boost brand recognition, increase website traffic and more with language translation services from ITC Global, a professional translation services agency with more than 25 years of experience. We handle a wide range of language combinations and file types, offering every language solution you need, tailored to your company. All in one place.
We offer a full suite of professional translation services. To help you choose the right package, our team of language experts will analyze your project and strategy, then recommend the best option for your objectives, project requirements, and budget. And we’ll be transparent about how we develop this recommendation.
Projects are generally priced per word and rates depend on the language combination, subject matter, document type, and add-on services. Fill out our quote request form or talk with one of our translation experts and we’ll send you a rate quote and estimated delivery timeline.
The delivery timeline depends on your project’s volume and complexity. Here’s a general idea of what to expect: A human translator can translate between 1200 and 1500 words per day, depending on how technical your text is. Additional services like desktop publishing, linguistic sign-off, and in-country review add more time. Your project manager will confirm the delivery schedule after you accept the quote.
We can handle rush projects as part of our agency translation services. There are a few things you should know upfront. Because of time constraints, we use a different methodology for rush services than we would on standard projects. It’s possible that the final quality control will not be completed or will not be as in-depth. However, we always assign the project to a native translator who is an expert in your industry.
Depending on the volume of text to be translated, the document(s) may be divided among several translators. When you contact us about your rush project, our team will recommend the methodology that will provide the best possible delivery time and quality while staying on budget.
An additional fee applies for rush projects.

Proofreading is when a second translator reviews the target text only. The goal of this step is to correct spelling, grammar, typography (capitalization, punctuation, typographical errors), style, and syntax (structure of phrases).
Bilingual revision is when a second translator compares the target text to the source and makes any necessary edits, ensuring the translation is correct (identifying mistranslations, omissions, etc.) and that any predefined terminology from your glossary has been used appropriately.
Quality control is the process of checking your translation before we deliver it to you. During this step, our project managers:
A translation memory (TM) is a secure bilingual database specific to your company. Each time we translate a project for you, we add the content to your TM. The next time you send a project, we reuse any matching phrases that have already been translated. This means your projects stay consistent and you save money because we offer steep discounts for matching phrases already translated in your TM.
A glossary is a bilingual dictionary containing the strategic terms used at your company and in your industry. If you already have a glossary, we incorporate this into our translation process so that our translators can use your preferred terminology, providing consistency throughout the current translation project, as well as any future projects we work on.
If you don’t have a glossary yet, we’ll work with you to develop one for each language pair. Check out our How To Use Translation Glossaries article for more details.
Quality is a given in every aspect of our work as a professional translation agency. Our Quality Department has set up processes and verification steps to make sure each project meets your quality expectations. A native speaker of the target language translates your project and then our project managers complete a quality control check. We recommend proofreading and bilingual revision services for a second expert review of a project, much like you would ask a colleague to proofread your document when drafting the original content.
The ISO 17100 translation service includes human translation, bilingual revision and proofreading.
The ISO 17100 standard “provides requirements for the core processes, resources, and other aspects necessary for the delivery of a quality translation service that meets applicable specifications. [It also] provides the means by which a translation service provider (TSP) can demonstrate the capability of its processes and resources to deliver a translation service that will meet the client’s and other applicable specifications.”
In other words, the goal of this standard is to outline translation processes and guarantee that a company follows best practices related to translators, technical resources and service quality when providing translation services.
Every project can benefit from an ISO 17100 certified translation. This standard confirms that a translation services company has followed the appropriate procedures to provide a high-quality result. Companies in high-stakes industries such as life sciences, legal services, medical device manufacturing, and clinical testing often require ISO 17100 certification because translation errors can cause significant harm to people and businesses. This service is also a popular choice for projects like printed materials, marketing campaigns, and new product collateral.
Your project will be assigned to a professional translator who is a native speaker of the target language and who has experience in the document’s subject area. Our Vendor Management department works with a pool of 2,500+ language professionals around the world, so ITC Global can handle projects in virtually any language combination. See a list of all available languages.
Whenever possible, we choose translators who are based in the country of the language they translate into since this allows them to stay connected to the constantly-evolving language and culture.
All our translators meet at least one of the following ISO 17100 certification requirements to provide professional translation services

Localization, also known as l10n, goes beyond translation by incorporating a cultural dimension. It allows you to account for local sensitivities and customs to adapt a text, product or software program to a given region and make a good impression on a new market by adopting local conventions.
A localization agency like ITC Global will always ask you to indicate where your main target audience is located so we can localize translations appropriately. For example, when you want a translation into Spanish, we help you choose the right variant between Spanish from Spain and Spanish from South America.
Localization generally includes adaptation of several elements, including
To better understand language localization, let’s look at an example with U.S. and British English. Do you need to translate between these two languages? Obviously not, but you do need to localize between them because there are many differences, such as spelling (e.g., the -or suffix in U.S. English becomes -our in British English), grammar (e.g., the verb burn has an irregular past tense in British English (burnt) but not in U.S. English (burned), terminology (e.g., “apartment” in U.S. English and flat in British English.) and cultural, of course (e.g., people play soccer in the U.S. and football in the U.K.).
Localization goes way beyond spelling. For example, this service is essential for industries like video games and comics. In the past, many gamers weren’t happy with the way dialogue was translated in their favorite video games since they were often literal and word for word. To address this issue, dialogue in many games is now localized so that these games can be exported to other countries. The same trend is taking hold in the comics world. For example, the famous Spider-Man comic was completely localized before export to India: Indian Pavitr Prabhakar fights bad guys in front of the Taj Mahal, whereas his American equivalent Peter Parker fights them in Times Square.
Localization is a powerful marketing tool because it adapts a product or service to its target audience and its local market. It focuses on what works commercially and accounts for a product or service’s local consumption habits.
All industries can use localization once the target audience has been identified. However, localization is especially relevant in the IT sector for websites, apps and software. Did you know that only 25% of internet users navigate the web in English? To reach an international audience and optimize your site’s SEO, you need to adapt everything to the local target audience.
